Application is only applicable from Android version 4.1/ IOS 10.0 and above. In case your smartphone is below this version of android/IOS, the application unfortunately cannot be used. *7.0 (Nougat) Version of Android also does not support the app
In the event of any emergency/breakdown, SOS will help you. Please press the icon and your emergency contacts (if saved) will receive an alert to contact you with your last known location via SMS from your phone.
The application will work on any 2G network also however application performs its best when 3G/4G-LTE network is available.
The application is free for a year and post that it needs to be renewed for which nominal subscription charges are applicable.
A user can register in Konnect First application by following two ways .
  • Download the Konnect First App. It is available on the App Store and on Google Play.
  • Refer to the welcome email sent from konnectfirst@mahindra.com or the welcome SMS received on your mobile. It contains a code that needs to be entered in the app.
  • Verify and update your profile as part of on boarding process. After successful on boarding , you will be able to log in to the app by entering the username and password
  • You are all set. First few trips that you take after plugging in the device would be inaccurate, then the system will calibrate itself and you will get accurate data
Yes, “Document Wallet “uploaded on the application are safe and no one can access the same. Its for your convenience and for renewal reminder alerts
Yes, you can access “Document Wallet” by logging in again with the same id/ password.
The feature helps you to easily check for any notification for your car. There are two types of notifications:
  • Generic - These remind you with due dates for renewal of PUC, Driving License, Warranty and Insurance
  • Connected Car - These are based on error alerts generated regarding battery, coolant, tow alerts, excessive idling wallet parking breaches, unauthorized break-ins, fatigue driving and trip end summary notifications. No, these do not disturb, however help you to have safety always.
Please send a request at mfcw.help@mahindra.com and the technical team will deactivate your account within 48 hours. Mention your device id number mentioned on the device and in the welcome email and SMS received by you.

No, due to security reason you cannot add your car in more than one profile.
No, currently there is no functionality to download the fuel log in your phone. We are working on same..
Yes, it is mandatory to fill emergency contacts for SOS functionality to work. Once you click on SOS button for 3 seconds, an SMS will be sent to your emergency contacts with your current location. Hence, though it is not mandatory but highly recommended by us.
At present the application supports up to 5 cars in one application.
Yes, all vehicles will have a unique subscription charge.
Easiest way to check the VIN/Engine no. is your car registration documents. However you may refer your car warranty manual, door jamb, bulkhead of the car.
Trips less than 300 meters are not qualified as a trip. You might have taken such trips. In case a trip longer than that is not visible in the app you may contact us at either mfcw.help@mahindra.com or 24x7 Helpline -9930565555.
Trips less than 8 kilometres are not counted in best and worst trips.
It is dependent on the connectivity in your region or maybe an intermittent issue. Move around with the car a bit, connectivity is generally restored.
The notifications expire after one day to not clutter your notification inbox.
The leader-board gets updated at the end of every month. Only after you drive till month end with the device, will you be able to see your position in the leader-board.

Warranty Terms

A limited warranty on the hardware is applicable for 1 year from the date of purchasing the product towards manufacturing defects only. The following are excluded from coverage:

  • Improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident, or neglect such as physical damage (cracks, scratched etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse
  • Contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food
  • Damage caused by abnormal physical or electrical stress, negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes
  • Damage caused by service or repair performed by anyone who is not authorized service provider of Wipro or its affiliates
  • Other acts, which are not the fault of Wipro and its affiliates,
  • Defects or damage that results from the use of Non-Certified Products, Accessories, Software, or other peripheral equipment are excluded from the coverage
  • Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, including without limitation, software changes, or modification in any way by someone other than Wipro or its affiliates are excluded from coverage
  • Products or accessories with a) serials numbers or date tags that have been removed, altered, or obliterated; b) broken seals or that show evidence of tampering; c) mismatched board serial numbers; or d) nonconforming or non-SUPPLIER housings, antennas, or parts, are excluded from coverage
