• Office Address Proof: Any one of Telephone bill, Electricity bill, Water bill, Registry copy, Bank Statement
• Income Proof: Last 2 year ITR with Balance Sheet / Previous ITR with Advance Tax paid challan/ latest IT assessment order
   

• Age Proof: Any one of Passport copy, PAN Card, Voters ID card, Photo driving license with birth date (laminated, recent , legible), Photo ration card with DOB, Employer certificate/ID, School/College Leaving certificate.
   
• Proof of Identity: Any one of Passport copy, PAN Card, Voters ID card, Photo driving license with birth date, Photo ration card with DOB.
   
• Address Proof:
  
  1. Any one of Passport copy, Photo Ration card with DOB, Telephone bill, Electricity bill, Water bill, home Registry papers, Bank Statement, Credit Card statement with credit card copy,
  2. Permanent address proof Electricity bill, Water Bill, home Registry papers in own name or relation proof is required , in case of these documents are in parent’s name
      
• Sign Verification Proof: Bank’s verification (preferably) , Passport copy, PAN card,
   
• Bank Statement: for last 6 months either for Saving a/c or Current a/c
   
• Passport size photographs – 2 in no’s
