• Office Address Proof : Any one of Telephone bill, Electricity bill, Water bill, Registry copy, Bank Statement
• Income Proof : Latest ITR and latest Balance Sheet along with Profit and Loss Account. In case of Business turnovers exceeding 40 lacs or Professional turnovers exceeding 10 lacs, the Balance sheet needs to have been audited and in which case the latest Income Tax Return need not be taken.
• PAN Card : in company’s name
• Bank Statement : for last 6 months Current a/c

• Age Proof : Any one of Passport copy, PAN Card, Voters ID card, Photo driving license with birth date (laminated, recent , legible), Photo ration card with DOB, Employer certificate/ID, School/College Leaving certificate.
• Proof of Identity : Any one of Passport copy, PAN Card, Voters ID card, Photo driving license with birth date, Photo ration card with DOB.
• Income Proof : ITR for last two years
• Address Proof :
  1. Any one of Passport copy, Photo Ration card with DOB, Telephone bill, Electricity bill, Water bill, home Registry papers, Bank Statement, Credit Card statement with credit card copy,
  2. Permanent address proof Electricity bill, Water Bill, home Registry papers in own name or relation proof is required , in case of these documents are in parent’s name
• Sign Verification Proof : Bank’s verification (preferably) , Passport copy, PAN card,
• Bank Statement : for last 6 months either for Saving a/c or Current a/c
• Passport size photographs – 2 in no’s
